University Research Program |
|
OverviewThe University Research Program is an engagement in the field of free-of-charge software donations to selected universities and colleges worldwide. Currently, donations are offered for VxWin and CeWin licenses. Taking advantage of the technological opportunities of new multi core microprocessors in speed and architecture, the KUKA technology allows a COTS real-time operating system and Windows XP Embedded® to coexist on a single system. KUKA’s technology is employed in over 80,000 real-time control systems for equipment ranging from automotive assembly line robots to advanced medical diagnostic systems. Students will utilize the software in many applications including the engineering of real-time motion control systems and development of scientific applications. | | |
