CeWin® supporting the real-time OS Windows® CE of Microsoft is now running on single core and multi core micro processors systems. |
| The main advantage of CeWin® is that no hardware virtualization is needed to run CeWin®. The proven RTOSWin products are available through the global distribution network of KUKA Real-Time products. CeWin® is a member of the KUKA Roboter's product family RTOSWin. It is a software system that provides a flexible and robust solution for economically hosting a large variety of real-time industrial applications on PC platforms. In particular, CeWin® makes it possible to simultaneously run two widely-known operating systems on PC's: Microsoft® Windows® CE as a real-time OS and Windows® XP as an front-end. Under this system, even the most demanding real-time applications will run reliably on universally available, full-featured, standard execution platforms. |

 | CeWin® a solution to design scalable applications | | |
| | With CeWin® developers can design scaleable applications using CeWin® on single-core systems up to high end dual-core or quad-core systems. The OS’s could share one core on a single core system or run exclusively each on his own cores of a multi-core system, depending on the performance requirements of the solution. | |
 | Supported Windows® CE Versions | | |
| For all CeWin® applications one common image will be used for all different CPU types. The different operation modes will be defined during the configuration of the system. With the KUKA technology the delivered Windows® CE BSP is hardware independent and could be used to run on all supported PC’s. The CeWin® technology is available for all Intel and AMD processors with or without hardware virtualization, because the CeWin® technology do not need any hardware virtualization support to run CeWin® . | |
